A: 1. Solar charge controller (MPPT/PWM). You need to connect the solar panel to the controller to charge the battery and ensure that the system voltage of the controller is 12V.
2. Charger. Ensure that the charger can support LI battery charging.
Q: Will the self-heating function keep operating and depleting the power of the battery?
A: No, the battery will only turn on the self-heating under being charged (â¤33.8 °F to turn on the self-heating, â¥46.4 °F to turn off the self-heating), so the self-heating will use the input power but not the power from the battery.
Q: What should I do if the battery fails during use and the voltage is too low to charge?
A: You can use a charger with a 0V function, it can charge the battery from 0V, while the 0V charger can't be used as a daily charger after the battery is fully charged.
